Cancellation and refunds
Before we start making it
Cancel any time before the order enters the kitchen for a full refund to the original payment method, within 5 to 7 working days.
Once it is made
Sweets are perishable and made to order, so we cannot accept returns. If something arrives damaged or wrong, send a photo within 24 hours and we will replace it or refund it.
